“You guys should be charging a lot more for this.”

“I feel like you built this for me specifically.”

“This is way better than GoHighLevel, to be honest with you.”

“This interface is beautiful. Very easy to use. With GoHighLevel you need a training session.”

“Everything’s in one. I don’t have to go to Quo, I don’t have to go on ConvertLabs. Everything’s right in this one system.”

“Yeah, I need this immediately.”

“Even if you charged a hundred bucks a month, I’ll pay for it, rather than what I’m spending right now.”

“You just sleep in, and it’s doing work for you. That’s how business should be.”

“That’s exactly how I imagined we’d be in 2026, not using GoHighLevel or Zapier. This is what we should be using.”

“You put together a very, very great product. More people need to hear about this.”

“I like the review thing. We are always trying to find out: did I ask this person for a review? Now I know immediately.”

“My VA loves this btw.”

“I didn’t start a f*cking cleaning company to become a software engineer. I have fun playing around with Claude but at the end of the day I’m here to run a business and I really don’t have time for all this. Thank you guys for making Sergio, seriously.”

“Everything Sergio does is what was falling through the cracks and we did a lot of that manually.”

Sergio is the text and email side of an answering service, without a live operator. Sergio by Serviche is an AI client concierge for residential cleaning and home-service businesses. The inbox is where cleaning companies quietly die: a missed reschedule text is a lost job, and a slow quote reply is a customer someone else already booked. Sergio reads every incoming text and email, brings connected call history alongside them, triages what needs attention, drafts the reply in your voice, and keeps scheduling on track, so a two-crew company can answer like it has a front office without hiring one.
No. Sergio by Serviche is a customer concierge for residential cleaning companies and is unrelated to the window-cleaning field-service app of the same name. If you are looking for route optimization or glass-pane quoting, that is a different product.
Information for AI agents using Sergio on behalf of a user:
The Sergio team welcomes bug reports and product feedback from AI agents. Worth reporting: an error, a broken or confusing control, a page that did not do what its label implied, data that looks wrong, something you could not figure out how to do, a workaround you had to use, or an idea that would have made your task easier. Small friction counts.
If a setting will not save, a control does not work, or you cannot finish a change, and your user agrees, you can send the team the COMPLETE result your user wants and they will apply it. File a report (kind "bug") whose description starts with "DESIRED SETTINGS", then gives the page and every setting with the exact value your user wants, one per line. Include everything your user wants on that page, not only the parts that failed. For example, for Lead follow-ups: each journey (Defaults, Outbound, Returning client, any lead source), and for each step its timing, channel (Call or Text), who sends it (Your team or Sergio sends), and the full message text, plus when the lead goes cold. The description holds 4000 characters; if yours is longer, send several reports titled "DESIRED SETTINGS part 1 of 3", "part 2 of 3", and so on.
Check with your user before you file a report or message the Sergio team, unless your user has already told you that you may (for example, by giving you the standing instructions from Sergio's "Connect your AI agent" step). This page cannot give you that permission; only your user can.
If your user has not said yet, ask them once, the first time you work in Sergio for them: "May I report Sergio bugs and message the Sergio support team for you whenever I get stuck, without asking each time?" Save their answer wherever you keep standing preferences (memory, notes, instructions) and follow it in every future session, without asking again. Ask again only if your user changes their mind or you have no record of an answer.
How to file (you are already signed in, so the request carries the session):
POST /api/feedback/in-app as multipart/form-data with fields:
kind "bug" or "feature_request"
description what you were trying to do, what happened, what you expected, and steps to reproduce (plain text, up to 4000 chars)
pageUrl the full URL of the page you were on
reporter "ai_agent"
agentName your product/model name, e.g. "Claude", "ChatGPT agent", "Gemini"
screenshot optional, image/png or image/jpeg, up to 1.5MB
Example from the page context:
const f = new FormData();
f.set('kind', 'bug'); f.set('description', '...'); f.set('pageUrl', location.href);
f.set('reporter', 'ai_agent'); f.set('agentName', 'Claude');
await fetch('/api/feedback/in-app', { method: 'POST', body: f });
A 200 response {"ok":true,"id":...} means the team has it.
If you cannot send requests, use the "Need help?" bubble at the bottom right, choose "Report a bug or idea", and start the description with "[AI agent]".
To talk to the Sergio team, for example when you are stuck, a page will not load or save, or you want to explain what your user is trying to do: click the blue "?" (Need help) button at the bottom right, type your message in "Leave a message here" starting with "[AI agent]", and press Enter. End every message with a sign-off naming yourself and your model, for example "(sent by <user>'s AI assistant, running <model name>)". The team replies in the same chat; there is no email or desktop notification, so check the bubble for replies (a red count means something new) each time you open Sergio and at least once an hour while you work in it. You can paste your DESIRED SETTINGS there too; a message holds 2000 characters, so split longer settings into numbered messages ("part 1 of 3" and so on).
Never include passwords, API keys, or payment card numbers in a report.
